Introduction

GOB55 ("the Platform", "gob55", "gob55.cam") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of eligible players. The Platform offers a range of products including, but not limited to, live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, lottery products, and other interactive gaming activities.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern all aspects of your access to and use of gob55.cam, including any sub-pages, services, features, tools, promotions, and communications operated under the GOB55 brand. They are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms published from time to time.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the GOB55 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player under a promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Company" means GOB55, the entity operating gob55.cam.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using GOB55 services.
• "Platform" means the gob55.cam website, mobile browser interface, and all associated tools and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the use of online gambling services by residents is restricted, prohibited, or requires a local licence not held by GOB55.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Account Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all Players:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any self-exclusion scheme, whether imposed by GOB55 or any third-party responsible gambling service.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of GOB55 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

GOB55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the account registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may maintain only one (1) active Account on the GOB55 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. GOB55 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• Your date of birth.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A mobile phone number registered to you.
• A secure password of your choosing.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, GOB55 is required to verify your identity in accordance with our Know Your Customer policy. The standard documents required include:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your name and residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the deposit method used is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet account screen, Maybank or CIMB account details).

GOB55 may request additional documentation depending on the volume or nature of transactions. All submitted documents are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GOB55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify GOB55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

GOB55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Online Banking — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB (BEP20). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; please refer to the cashier for current minimums. GOB55 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method (see cashier for current limits).
• Any Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the underlying deposited balance becomes withdrawable.
• GOB55 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal amounts or where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity.

5.3 Processing Times

GOB55 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or local e-wallets. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving bank's internal processing schedule, typically within one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times — typically 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. GOB55 does not bear responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

GOB55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All such offers are subject to the following general provisions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements must be met before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• GOB55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already in a Player's account at the time of withdrawal remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned between players under any circumstances.
• GOB55 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it determines that a Player has exploited a bonus in bad faith, employed arbitrage strategies, or circumvented the spirit of a promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on GOB55 are binding once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted. GOB55 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed using information not publicly available, or where the odds were published in error.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on GOB55 include football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), UFC, basketball, and other sports. Settlement of all sports markets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, GOB55's determination shall be final. Mix Parlay bets are available and governed by the relevant sports betting rules published in the Platform help centre.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game being played (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) as presented in the live game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings derived from a provably defective game session may be withheld pending investigation.

7.4 Slot Games & RNG Products

Slot and other RNG (Random Number Generator) games operate using certified algorithms. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published where required. GOB55 does not manipulate RNG outcomes. Any malfunction in a slot game voids all pays and plays.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using a duplicate, shared, or fraudulently registered account.
• Using software robots, artificial intelligence, automated betting systems, or any form of computer-assisted betting strategy designed to circumvent the Platform's normal operations.
• Collusion with other players or Platform personnel to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or Platform vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to GOB55 support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward GOB55 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Registering an account if you are a self-excluded player under any scheme, or registering on behalf of a self-excluded individual.

Responsible Gambling

GOB55 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).

Intellectual Property

All content on gob55.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of GOB55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on gob55.cam without the prior written consent of GOB55. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOB55 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses arising from the use of automated betting tools or third-party software in connection with the Platform.
• Any outcomes arising from your decision to place wagers, regardless of the information available to you at the time.

GOB55's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits GOB55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by GOB55

GOB55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player is under the required minimum age of 21.
• Continued operation of the Account would pose a risk to the Platform's security or integrity.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting GOB55 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to Bonus Funds will be assessed. Eligible real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following satisfactory KYC verification and an AML review.

Privacy & Data

GOB55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. GOB55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

GOB55 may share data with third-party service providers strictly necessary for platform operation (payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services) and with regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

GOB55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, GOB55 will provide reasonable notice by email to your registered address and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept a material change to these Terms must close their account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use after the effective date will be deemed as acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral body as determined by the Company's registered jurisdiction.
